THREADING A THROUGH-LINE WITH CELEBRITY CANADIAN CHEF MATTY MATHESON’S BRANDS
It started with one brand, then the next, Matty’s team was figuring out how to create a brand world wherein each book, merch, product, restaurant, can live together in harmony. We devised a visual system of portals that allow the audience to explore the many facets of Matty Matheson. With each project, ARENA took on a branding exercise often leading to an optimized overhaul of their visual, copy, and website touchpoints, applying our strategy one brand at a time.

ROSA RUGOSACreative directed a campaign for Toronto-based workwear brand Rosa Rugosa, spotlighting local entrepreneurs across disciplines—including a florist, filmmaker, baker, chef, and musician. The work centered craft, labor, and community, framing workwear as a lived uniform shaped by the city and the people who move it forward.
MATHESON COOKEWARECreated the brand identity and website for Matheson Cookware, translating performance-driven tools into a refined yet practical digital experience. The work emphasizes clarity, materiality, and restraint—positioning the brand as dependable, modern, and built for real kitchens.
